WALLAZ COSMETICS – Return & Refund Policy  

 

Due to health & hygiene regulations, we do NOT accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or swatched.

Returns accepted ONLY if:

- Within 14 days of delivery

- Product is sealed, unopened, unused, safety seal intact

- Original packaging

Not returnable:

- Opened cosmetics, lipsticks, skincare, brushes

- Sale items, bundles, gift cards

Damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 48h on ykwaylon403@gmail.com with order number + photo. We will replace or refund at our cost.

How to return (sealed only):

Email us to get return address (Blue Downs, Cape Town). Courier at buyer's cost.

Refunds: 3-5 business days to original payment method after inspection. Delivery fee non-refundable.

Complies with CPA Act 68 of 2008 – hygiene exemption.
